PLANNING APPLICATION SERVICE – We offer a planning preparation and application service, where required, such as for extensions, conservatories or orangeries.
BUILDING CONTROL CERTIFICATES – to be compliant with the building regulations, replacement windows and doors need to be registered with local authority building control departments. When we supply and fit windows and doors we register the installation with CERTASS (www.certass.co.uk) and they then issue you with a building control certificate and inform the local authorities.
COMPANY GUARANTEE – We offer sensible guarantees on our products and installations, backed up by our suppliers as follows: 10 years for all frames, 5 years for glass units and 2 years for all hardware.
INSURANCE BACKED GUARANTEE – This comes with all CERTASS registered installations and is provided by Quality Assured National Warranties (www.qanw.co.uk) and matches our company guarantee.

Cottingham Windows is the domestic installation division of Vista Frames and is led by Ian Windas, who has over 30 years experience in the building and window installation industry.

As well as having a wide range of practical knowledge and skills, our fitters are also qualified to NVQ level 3 in window installation and have completed all the necessary health and safety training.
